It's a critical phase where putting the pieces in the right place will mean breaking through or failing to thrive, sooner than you think. Our process starts with a 30 minute assessment call and goes à la carte as necessary.
A get-to-know-you call to assess our fit, set expectations, and develop potential areas of focus. This is as much for you as it is for us so nobody wastes time or resources. It ensures we jump into the next phase clear on goals, how we'll share information, and the nature of our engagement.
This introductory meeting breaks down the fundamentals of your business and your readiness for launch or scale. It explores the good, bad, and ugly and is a brave space to share the realities of your business and your personal story. We will do a holistic business review including financial statements (if applicable), strategy, value propositions, positioning and pricing, market penetration, financing, and even some of your personal motivations, how you’re moving power through your team, and your decision making process. This is not therapy or coaching in a traditional sense, but prepare for it to get personal at times.
You can expect some initial feedback on our first call followed by a summary of our conversation, recommendations on action steps, and access to my network if applicable.

We'll work together to structure an ongoing engagement that works for your specific needs, but a typical engagement takes the following form:
- One 90 minute call every 2 weeks
- Brief asynchronous check-in's between calls
- Access to regularly scheduled topic driven calls
- Two day-long work sessions per year, usually in person
