As if by some strange kismet, the literal meaning of my first name, Simeon, is "to hear." No surprise to find out I love guiding and listening to other Founder/CEO's in the natural foods and supplements space.
I'm still here in the fire with you. I've scaled a category creating brand from zero dollars and making the product myself to 10's of thousands of retail doors and millions in online revenue. I've managed my own production, transitioned twice between 2 large co-manufacturers and co-packers, worked with 4 different 3PL's, and managed inventory across 8 locations simultaneously. I've run hard through the venture capital obstacle course, just to take it all the way back down, vertically integrate through an asset sale, and head right back into the struggle growing sustainably and without venture backing.
